Yes. Mailngine is completely free while we're in beta. Every feature is available on the free plan with no charges.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Just sign in with Google and start sending. We don't collect any payment details.
Are there usage limits?
We apply fair-use limits to keep the platform healthy and protect deliverability for everyone. If you're planning something high-volume, reach out and we'll make sure you're set up well.
Will you add paid plans later?
Likely, as we move out of beta. We'll give plenty of notice before any pricing changes, and beta users will always get a fair deal.
Can I use it for my real business email?
Absolutely. Everything is included on the free plan — email at your own domain, the spam-proofing setup, delivery reports, and the shared team inbox.
Is the inbox ready for a whole team?
Yes. Everyone gets their own addresses in one shared inbox, with folders, labels, search, and drafts. Sign-in is secure (Face ID, fingerprint, or a one-time code), and you can require it for the whole team. You add or remove people anytime and can log them out instantly.
